The Batch Kneader is used for mixing powders and liquids forming a wetted mass. Charging and discharging the unit is normally a manual operation. The KD-type Batch Kneader are ideal for downstream processes requiring consistent moisture levels. The operation will typically be timer based with the kneader running at constant speed.

The CKD Continuous Kneader is a counter rotating twin shaft, high efficiency mixer. The CKD-kneader mixes powders and liquids together continuously and homogeneously, making it ideal for continuous processes that require a consistent feed rate and moisture level.
